For more information about Regulation F data requirements, please visit www.expressrecovery.com/client-resources.

Client View legal assignment requests have a new look! The summary screen now shows how many documents you need to provide to us for the lawsuit. If you click on the arrow on the left side, it will expand to tell you what documents are needed. You can click on the blue account number to upload those documents directly to the portal and then authorize and submit the legal assignment. Please contact client services if you have any questions.

Please contact Client Services at (801) 412-3111 or clientservices@expressrecovery.com for questions or assistance.
